At this point, a warehouse-to-office fit-out should be considered to house more personnel. This can involve the installation of a mezzanine floor and office partitioning and a wide array of other services such as carpeting, and lighting.

We offer a comprehensive warehouse fit-out service that will ensure your operation is back on track in no time. After discussing your exact requirements and understanding your business in more detail we will undertake the following actions:

A full warehouse storage appraisal

Our approach is to understand as much as we can about your business and look for any potential problems or bottlenecks in the pick operation. Following a full site survey and discussions, we commit all the ideas to a detailed CAD drawing. We take into account all the regulations and any limiting factors governed by compliance, to ensure there are no “nasty surprises”

Our 40 years of experience ensure we have access to many third parties who may well impact on the design, areas such as material handling equipment (Fork Lift Trucks) are key to making a project successful.

Once we nail down the design, we will supply a comprehensive quote with fixed costs to ensure budgets do not over run.

Warehouse Space Planning and Design

3D space plans and designs are provided as part of our proposal – using a visual design can help you understand exactly how your warehouse fit out will look, allowing us to discuss and make changes simply and easily before any work commences. The 3D planning allows you to see access and walkways, lifts or conveyors to mezzanine floor areas and pallet racking and shelving layouts.

Logistics, Health and Safety

We ensure all safety requirements are signed off before the start the refurbishment – all planning and work is approved and complies with the statutory requirements of health and safety (CDM) and Fire Safety and Building regulations where applicable

During the warehouse fit out we can provide full site supervision where necessary.

Project Panning

We will work with you to schedule works around your on-going business operation and that these schedules comply with Health & Safety and building regulations.

Installation

We design, supply and install every aspect of warehouse storage. Your warehouse will be fitted with the shelving, racking systems and mezzanine floor specified and our installation team will ensure all cabling, lighting and ventilation and heating are seamlessly integrated.

We provide full project management through all stages of your warehouse fit out, from initial site survey and space planning through to full commissioning of your warehouse.
