Double deep pallet racking is an efficient way to achieve maximum storage capacity, it is a variant on standard adjustable pallet racking and the perfect solution for storage of multiple pallet quantities of the same product.

The system allows pallets to be stored two deep, but still accessible from the same aisle. By reducing the number of access aisles, floor space availability is increased meaning a potential increase in pallet storage by up to 50%, the double-deep configuration provides a highly space-efficient solution, along with a variety of beam lengths available we can maximize your pallet storage capacity. Aisle widths vary from 2500mm to 4000mm – we will liaise with your preferred fork truck supplier to gain the required information.

A specialist truck with either slide fork attachments or dual pantograph will be required in order to access the pallets on double deep pallet racking, we have supplied this solution to many customers who have been delighted with their return on investment and have converted multiple units to suit the double deep system.The
