STS Storage helped UV&S make the most of their warehouse space with a multiple tiered racking system consisting of 22 pick levels.
We design, supply and install premium racking systems for heavy-duty pallet racking, live pallet racking, double-deep pallet racking and many more..
We can accomodate any industrial or commecial racking requirements. Perhaps you require products to be hand-picked? We install lower level shelving with lighter-duty beams and mesh, timber or chipboard on top to house the smaller pick products.
Alternatively, we can install ‘live’ racking if you have fast-flowing products which are either FIFO (first in, first out) or FILO (first in, last out). These industrial racking systems have roller beds and push back systems for better mobility.

Installation time varies depending on the site and project size. A more simple racking setup for a commercial space for example, might take a few hours.
Meanwhile, heavy-duty industrial racking for a larger warehouse unit requiring a more complex system can take several days.

Very! Racking inspections ensure the structural integrity and safety of the racking system, preventing accidents and ensuring compliance with regulations. We recommend having racking inspected once a year.
