Have you ever wondered what a day in the life of a Director looks like at STS Storage Systems?
Well, we are about to share with you a typical day with Mark Heard, our Managing Director, there’s lots of on-site visits, strategy and team planning and the ever-increasing admin that comes with storage system installations.
Last Friday Mark shared his day with us;
- Early start with a 4-mile run on the Surrey trails (Mark is not only a runner but an avid mountaineer and general outdoor enthusiast)
- Head off on the M4 to visit a repeat client near Newbury to discuss a new mezzanine floor and office fit-out, have a detailed scope out and survey
- Carry on to Swindon to visit a client who is having some pallet racking alterations the following week, check the area is clear for us and the scissor lift is charged and ready to go.
- Call into an existing client opposite to catch up on the recently installed VNA Pallet racking is working for them and no issues.
- Final call in West Swindon to inspect a recently completed mezzanine floor
- Weekly teams meeting to discuss current jobs and status with STS Storage Systems team
