We don’t just offer pallet racking, mezzanine floors, shelving, partitioning and storage solutions!
We offer leasing solutions through a partnership with a finance company. Our packages are fully flexible, allowing you to spread the cost, thus solving budgeting issues over the 3 to 5 year lifetime of your project. By spreading the cost of your project it could prove cheaper than paying the cost upfront. This keeps your cash reserves within your working capital. You own all the storage equipment at the end of the lease term. The same as if you had a storage system upfront.
There may even be some tax benefits to leasing. Speak to your accountant to see if this would benefit your business cash flow.
Warehouse Barriers and Damage Protection
At STS Storage Systems we have a wide portfolio of solutions to protect against damage to your warehousing system. Broken, chipped and damaged metal barriers can seriously impact the operation within your warehouse.
Warehouse Dismantle and Rebuild
We also offer a ‘dismantle and rebuild’ service to new and existing customers. We can advise on a new improved layout with full AutoCAD drawings for your needs and hire vehicles for transporting materials. We will work with you on a completely new design, understanding your business, and reducing any possible disruption.
What are the benefits of recycling and reusing your racking? Better for the environment, and more cost-effective and we can offer the services of a Project Manager to make sure everything goes to plan and remains on budget.
Need a truly efficient warehouse? In which case you need a warehouse-to-office fit-out. STS can give you options to help utilise both your personnel and storage needs. To do this you could have a mezzanine floor and/or a partitioning wall. We can also help with any extras like LED lighting, data cabling, floor coverings and ceilings to name a few. We would in the first instance, visit your site and hold detailed discussions with you before agreeing on the best way to proceed with your warehouse fit-out.
Here at STS, we will project manage your warehouse storage solution from concept and design through to sign-off. Our team of experts will work with you providing real-time updates and visits and the Project Manager will make sure the project gets delivered on time and on budget. We will provide you with detailed task management.
We can also arrange regular site meetings at a time that fits your business needs and will offer to manage the CDM and Health and Safety implementation.
It is worthwhile to utilise STS’s safety inspection of your pallet racking. By not taking advantage of our inspections, you could find yourself liable for the costs of an incident as well as HSE non-compliance. As part of our service, we can provide you with a report on your current raking solutions which highlight areas that need attention. This report will highlight dangerous areas via a simple traffic light system and ensure you are fully compliant.
