London Underground did not have a defined brief as to what they wanted for this project, other than the area needed to be utilised to its full potential. As well as needing to handle its own stock they also needed to merge stock from another site.

London Underground Warehouse Relocation
The Tube lines Transplant Stores responsible for storing numerous spare parts for the maintenance and repairs of trains had to relocate from their current storage area (in the main depot building), into a purpose-built warehouse between two tracks at the Ruislip site.
Mr Central Heating
Mr Central Heating was bursting at the seams in their current unit, the nature of their business means that they have a hugely diverse product range and a large number of SKUs (stock keeping units) ranging in physical size, volume and fast-moving products. They needed more space, and quickly!
Smash Sports
Smash Sports are exclusive distributors for the leading Technifibre products synonymous in the Squash and Tennis arena. To compliment their product portfolio they also carry the Salming range of sports footwear, prominent in many sports ranging from running to racket sports. As a forward-thinking and passionate company Smash Sports wanted to extend and compliment their products with a new range of bags, thus needing to create additional storage in their unit.
Hazchem
Hazchem approached us to come up with a solution that would increase their number of pick locations, but not slow down their pick and pack operation. Angels Costumes
Angels Costumes was founded in 1813 by Daniel Angel, a young tailor from Frankfurt, who originally began his business in London selling second-hand clothing. Daniel eventually opened a shop and it was not until an actor asked if he could rent a suit rather than buy it that the hire business took off. Mills Limited
To meet Mills increasing demand to supply to the trade they took ownership of an adjoining unit. Looking to maximise capacity and with an eye on further growth they were looking for a Mezzanine Floor with Longspan Racking. STS Storage Systems were consulted after Mills received a recommendation, the challenge was to offer a service which matched all of Mill’s requirements, expectations and budgets.
